Octavic system helps to reduce production losses caused by downtimes, rejects, delayed orders, waste of raw materials and energy: - Data collection in real-time from equipment in production - Visibility in real time over the production area through VMB (Visual Management Boards) and Andon alerts (email/SMS) - Historical analysis, for up to 70 KPI's: OEE, TEEP, productivity, scrap rate, downtime analysis, including pareto (most impactful by frequency or duration), energy consumption, productive time, maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBR, MTBF, Runtime intervals), process parameters (line speed, pressure, temperature, weight) etc. - Automatic production scheduling for the production orders, considering various factors or scenarios.
